Setting up in business - a couple of questions

-
Fortunately my excel skills are right up there, I've already got a lovely spreadsheet set up which I use to keep track of everything that is anything to do with the repairs
Hopefully my "main job" in the immediate future will be as an academic researcher, so there won't be any overtime available, just basic salary plus a share of any new research grants I manage to bring to the department. As such, the only way I'll be able to make extra money for the next few years is by setting up a side venture.
I've set a basic pricing structure of £15 (each repair requires about 45 minutes) + the cost of materials rounded to a nice number. So for an Xbox with RROD I charge £15 labour + £5 parts, laser replacement is £15 labour + £10 parts, etc.
Having looked around on the internet I can see most online companies charge a lot more, but at this stage I definitely don't feel that I can charge more! Once I have a better set up and want to invest in better equipment (so that I can do a wider range of repairs), I'll revise the prices accordingly.
Weirdly I got a call from a bloke in London today, asking if he could ship me his console to fix because I was so much cheaper than anywhere in London!
Thanks for all the comments and advice guys, I welcome tips and info from all quarters
