Tax credits are based on the income of the claimant and their partner, if they have one. The parents income and tax credits aren't affected. However, you can't claim for her and she claim for her child.Sealed pot challenge #232. Gold stars from Sue-UU - :staradmin :staradmin £75.29 banked
