Debit card

I bought trainers from a website called uk nike air max. I think they are fake and i have e mailed them twice to try and return them and get a refund but there has been no reply. Can someone tell me if the bank will help or what else i can do, i used a visa debit card.:(

£61 i have since read reviews on the site which are terrible

Does that matter?

OP just needs to invoke the Visa chargeback procedure. However, they may be asked to prove (at their own cost/risk) that the items are 'fake'!

Which is kind of my point.

If the OP only paid a tenner for them rather than the regular retail price, it's going to be a fair bet they are fake.
