Home brew

My Wife bought me a starter kit of home brew [bitter] 40 pints of Youngs bitter. I use to do home brew 20 odd years ago but never could get a very good pint. But now 20 odd years later and more mature about the finer things in life like proper sterilization and wait instead of rushing the brew i have produced a drinkable medium strength bitter.
As i usually drink a couple of pints at home over the week end i reckon I'm saving a fair few quid as i usually go to home bargains for my bottles at 99p for 500ml but as i type they have just upped the price to £119.
So here I'm barrel in the garage i must be saving 9 to £10 a week. Not a massive saving but as Tesco say every little helps:beer:
