Where does it say you HAVE to accept a quote to enter the comps though?

All I can see is that is says you will be phoned and given a quote - but nowhere does it state that your entry is dependant upon this - unless I've missed some terms somewhere!

Cheeky beggars. Even if I had been considering switching to them, I would quickly change my mind after sampling their customer service:eek:

I had an extremely rude man phone me too. I told him I had already had a call and to take me off their list and he told me not to enter any more of Scottish Power's comps.

I had eight calls from them took the first one and told them I didn't pay the bills and then ignored the next seven!!

Well I've had 2 calls from them today and didn't know who it was so called them back (thought I might have won something nice Anyway they explained about having a quote in order to go through to next round. So I got the quote and then she started asking what day I'd prefer my DD to come out on and I said I'm not signing up that I'd research online first. At which point she said Ok and promptly hung up on me!!!
Really rude I think - certainly won't be using them
