DLA claim online

in Disability money matters
I registered online to submit a DLA claim in september. I submitted the claim on 11th november, a few days later I got the acknowledgment letter. A few days after that I then got a letter saying they had sent me out a claim pack in september and wanted it back by the 3rd november. The thing is I never got one, the only thing I have recieved is the acknowledgement letter.
I have filled in the form giving the reason and will post that tomorrow. Has anyone else had anything like this.
I used to suffer from lack of motivation.... now I just can't be arsed.

    you`ve made a claim,they`ve received the claim,I wouldnt worry too much about the letter,just a quick tele call tomorrow will sort it out

    Its the first time I have done anything online so I was a bit worried.
    I used to suffer from lack of motivation.... now I just can't be arsed.

    If I remember correctly, you should be able to tell the current status of the DLA claim online. Just use the same login details and check for reports.
    Just in case you were wondering (some have)..... I'm a woman!

    I just checked and it says its in progress.

    hi,can someone tell me how you go about asking for a review of my current DLA claim online as i didnt know you could submit your details online with regards to things like that,thanks

    I'm not sure about reviewing a current claim. Mine was a new claim

    brendang. You can't apply for a review online, unfortunately you'll have to ring the Helpline and ask them to send you the forms.
