Hi there,
I would be grateful if someone could answer this.
If someone is on ESA wrag and appeals to the tribunal to be places in the support group, and if this appeal takes longer than a year to go through, what happens after the year on ESA wrag, do they stop receiving any ESA contribution based and is it means tested ESA until such times as the tribunal is heard?
Hope you can understand my question and thanks in advance for any replies.
