Terms & Conditions PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING THE FREE PRIZE DRAW
1. The promoter of this free prize draw is Haymarket Exhibitions LTD, Teddington Studios, Broom Road, Teddington, TW11 9BE [“Haymarket”], in conjunction with Suzuki GB PLC, Steinbeck Crescent, Snelshall West, Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire MK4 4AE
2. Prize is a new Suzuki Swift, manual transmission, provided by Suzuki GB.
3. The free prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom & Republic of Ireland only, excluding employees or agents of Haymarket or Suzuki or anyone else connected to the free prize draw and/or their immediate family.
4. Only one entry per household is allowed. All submitted entries become the property of Haymarekt, Suzuki and Benefit Cosmetics. Winners’ names and counties will be available on request from either Haymarket or Suzuki GB PLC.
5. To be eligible of winning a Suzuki Swift, you must be at least 17 years of age.
6. No purchase is necessary to enter this free prize draw.
7. Haymarket and Suzuki do not accept responsibility for lost, damaged or illegal entries. Illegible entries (including corrupt files) will be invalid and proof of sending/mailing is not proof of receipt.
8. All entries for the free prize draw on WWW.CLOTHESSHOWLIVE.COM must be received no later than 1 pm on Monday 29 Nov 2010. After this date entrees only at Clothes Show Live 3-8 Dec will be accepted & will close at 3pm on Wednesday 8 Dec 2010.
9. A Runners' Up prize will consist of Travel & 1 nights accommodation in London for the runner-up & a friend (2), 2 services & a makeover at a Benefit Boutique and tickets for a London Show, courtesy of Benefit Cosmetics. A further addition to the Runners' Up prize will consist of tickets to Clothes Show Live 2011 (show dates to be confirmed), standard show goody bag with show guide, cheque for £150 only.
10. One winning entry will be selected randomly by Haymarket on behalf of Suzuki or its agents from all correct entries on WWW.CLOTHESSHOWLIVE.COM. The judges’ decision is final.
11. The prize winner, who will be entered in the live competition draw at Clothes Show Live on Wednesday 8 Dec 2010, will be notified no later than 3pm on Monday 29 Nov 2010.
12. Personal information about prize winners will be shared with Suzuki’s agents to the extent necessary for prizes to be delivered to the prize winner. Prize is non-transferable. No cash alternative is available. In the unlikely event that a prize should become unavailable, Suzuki reserves the right to substitute a prize which it may determine as being of equal value.
13. Entrants accept that if they win, Suzuki will have the right, without additional payment or permission, to use their name for the purposes of announcing the winners of this free prize draw and they may be required to participate in post-event publicity.
14. Haymarket in conjunction with Suzuki has arranged this free prize draw in good faith, but cannot accept any liability relating to the prize draw or prize offered.
15. The prize car must be registered in the winner’s name for a minimum period of 6 months.
16. If you are the winner of the online competitions to win a place in the Live Competition Draw and have already purchased tickets these will not be refunded but will be exchanged.

The only mandatory details to fill in is that of email and name so I've just ticked the box to exclude email marketing and not provided anymore details.
