I have been using my hsbc credit card since march this year with £500 limit on it which i use around £370 every month and pay back £300 each month and they dont seems to be increasing my limit.
My friend told me just pay little over the minimum payment for few months and they will increase it because im not giving them business to make some money out of my account.
Please advice.

I see it this way: every month your outgoings add up to £70 more than your income. If I were HSBC I don't think I'd be too eager to increase your limit. :rotfl:
