Buying curtain pole - What is this shape called???

Hiya

It seems silly but I'm trying to buy a curtain pole to match my bedstead and i don't know where to find finials that are the same as I don't know what this shape is called :S

Any clues? or ideas as to where I can get a curtain pole like this from??? It's driving me crazy!

The name for the thing that goes on the end of a curtain pole is a finial. Google search this and you should find a picture.

Thanks Pimento, but it's the shape of the finial I'm after so I can search for a pole with one like that. The closest I've gotten is "medieval shaped sorta thingy" but that didn't bring me much luck lol
