IVA and relationship breakup

Options
Having been in IVA for approx 14 months, myself and partner are going our separate ways. Partner has new rented accomodated, however the joint mortage is in negative equity by £10k and I am not able to continue with the mortgage alone, meaning that partner needs to pay half of his share.

In the process o updating I&E forms to get IVA payments sorted out but I am very concerned that if there if no monies left from partners salaray to pay any meaningful amount to their IVA then that IVA will fail and we will then both need to go bankrupt due to the mortgage issue.

Any comments appreciated.
22 months until debt free :D
