KM see post 29 in this thread - that was the latest info that I could see. Hope this helps with planning how to get there etc but I'm sure someone who is actually going will be along later to confirm

Loving all the hospital horror stories and the alternative names! Hysterical rectum :rotfl:
As for the the lady garden, I remember a friend telling me in their family it was called a 'tuppence'
Then of course there are 'beef curtains' :rotfl:
    Gallygirl are you a hobbit?

    Winky congratulations!! :T:T
    And welcome to Saskia
I hope you are both doing OK and Winky you are on the mend and recovering from the experience.

Just realised I've spent an hour on here catching up and laughing when I should have been working!!

    Ladygarden :rotfl:

I used to work in a pharmacy, and some of the expressions people used when wanting to buy products for their ladygardens were quite hilarious.. I remember a new girl in the shop being really confused by a lady telling her that she needed something for her daughter who had "a sore flower"!

Probably my favourite though was a very old lady who came in and asked me for "some of that cream that I get". She couldn't remember the name so we went through a long guessing game about what cream she wanted. We went through "is it in a tube, or a tub?", "what colour is the packet?" and so on, "what is it for?" (she wasn't quite sure but she said she really needed it), and then eventually I asked "where is it for?" - to which the very loud reply (and I will try to reproduce her accent here - we were just outside Edinburgh) was... "IT'S FER MA FANNY!!" :rotfl:

I really don't know how me and the pharmacist managed to keep straight faces - apparently I was this colour :o
    :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:at the bit capital letters.
Spot on. Thats exactly how it would be said . Live about 15 miles away from Edin so this is totally relatable. Brilliant,.................:D

    Claire and Troglodyte

thanks for responding. I haven't actually logged in yet because pretty well as soon as I got my password I had a problem with my computer which led to me reinstalling Windows. It has taken days to reinstall all my programs etc - fortunately I am a compulsive backer upper so I didn't lose anything (except the web address for the Matrix). But the huge amount of time it took to sort everything out means I am only now getting round to having a go at logging on

I remember seeing posts saying people were having trouble logging in and there are double passwords etc - is that all sorted now? If I go to the web link for the matrix and put in the password I was sent will I be able to get straight in?

Look forward to seeing you there

Thank you  I've also got the details via PM from a very kind poster too so I'm sorted.

I do have to say though that I am so disappointed in paying £160 for a course and then having to nearly beg for details, I've sent MG PM's as well as posting on the thread and no confirmation of payment or details of the day or venue...very odd...obviously a flaw in the system but I hope it gets sorted soon.
