sending email picture problem

wonder if anyone could possibly help on this iam trying send some id pictures to a bookmaker but they keep getting rejected by the following Message Labs Security Systems.......

The MessageLabs Email Security System has identified a file attachment
in an e-mail sent by you that has been deemed to be potentially
unacceptable by either your Domain Administrator or the Recipient's
Domain Administrator.
The subject title of the e-mail was: -
(empty)
The recipient address of the e-mail was: -

xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx


The email was sent on Sun, 21 Nov 2010 10:12:40 +0000 (GMT)
The attachment filename was
148.JPG

i have not encountered this problem before the pictures were taken by a camera and attached to my pc..... any ideas as to what i could do to get the email through......
No one can go back and make a brand new start, however anyone can start from now and make a brand new ending

    The attachment seems to be getting blocked. Try zipping it up, and just attaching the zipfile.
  • thanks for the reply davb...done that but no luck..

    the only pictures i managed to get to them were small prints but they could not make the detail out...baffled..

    is the file size of the email too big?

    like trying to send 50mb of photos where the limit of the recipient is only 5mb.

    if you are using hotmail use the very handy skydrive photo attachment way to upload that way you are not technically sending the photos in an email just the link to the cloud drive where they are stored.

    if you are using another email provider then use something like dropbox (or even skydrive again) to host the photos and just send the links in the email.
