You've got to laugh....no parcel delivered as yet...rang the number on the card and was told I have to ring the right number, this was re-delivery number not re-re-delivery???? Then she said...I've got customers waiting here I can't help you.....great....she took my number and said someone would call me....when? I asked .....sometime today , she said...right I'll stay in all day....you are sure they'll call...no gaurantees she said, but all I can say is there is no parcel here for you and none has been put on the van this morning either.....all parcels/packets for your area have been delivered over the weekend, we delivered Sunday as well....so there is nothing here for you.....I made a cup of tea...I really needed it...........Manager just rang...sorry he said( that was the first 'sorry' I'd had) ...you were right to ring that number but everything has been delivered, we are clear and up to date , I'll look into it.....rang me back 20 mins later ..eureka...found it, def coming this morning....think he had fished it out of the bin!!!Whatever you do peeps DO NOT COMPLAIN!!! This is the treatment you get ,and I'm a customer that let's my postie use the toilet whenever he asks, I also give him hot drinks in winter and cold drinks in summer, he's wonderful , just wish they employed more like him...

:santa2: Morning Everyone. I have just received 2 emails from Debenhams with vouchers for £5 off £25 spend at Debenhams. They are like the previous £5 ones with unique codes on, but this time have to spend £25:((probably what the original ones were supposed to be). If any regular can make use then pm me.
Be thankful for what you have because it could all be taken away tomorrow.;)

Just for fun....as it's 50th anniversary of Corrie...
Over the last 50 years who has been mentioned in nearly every episode of Corrie but has never appeared in it?

And just so you can all have a little smile, did you know that yours truly appeared in a film playing the wife of the main character ,he was Mavis Riley's boyfriend in Corrie( Victor Pendlebury)...I've also had a cup of tea poured for me by William Roache ( Ken Barlow) when I was invited to tea on the set...
I've got the Corrie mug/Rovers bar towel/ and beer mats as reminders of the day sitting alongside my very own Bully(anyone remember bendy Bullys from Bullseye ??)
