Many thanks to Part Mouse for giving me a currys code. Very pleased with my £5 off as always running out to of ink and paper.
  • Morning all - going to venture to T's to do some doubling up today. Hope queues are smaller than last time I went to try them - looked like the staff were harassed and the vouchers were causing chaos.

Update: I've had a bit of a run on YouGov lately and I'm half way to my first £50 - I may not be retired before I get my first cheque :rotfl:

Morning Everybody, Whats YouGov? Is it something to do with government benefits? Thanks xx

    Morning all :D

Temperature has recovered in Mads town somewhat. Some of the snow is thawing very quicky. Will leave it a couple of hours before I venture out with me MOC's. Just to be on the safe side. Might pop into T's later just to have a look at the harassed staff at "customer services":rotfl::rotfl:

You Gov is a posh survey site that takes forever to fill them in and even longer to reach £50, which you need to get paid. :(

Blue is just sorting out the rest of her pals mocs (half went yesterday) and then is going to relieve asda of some of their Glorious and whatever Tesco/sains are giving away:D
Be thankful for what you have because it could all be taken away tomorrow.;)

No rofl smiley, so I'm assuming you are really asking....

It's an opion poll survey site...the one usually quoted on the telly...
ie..the poll taken by Yougov for..The times/Guardian/Sun etc...
Quite interesting polls that pay around 50p each...

    Morning all :)

I may get my YouGov before retirement too - up to around £33 now. :D

2 days of no post and then only 3 items turned up this morning and no parcels still. OH posted a bill for me and said the post box was full as it hadn't been emptied since Thursday. The snow here is beginning to melt and the sooner its all gone the better now as thats the end of snow days.

Talking of snow in car parks - Tesco should take a leaf out of Sainsburys book. The car park at Tesco was horrendous with slushy snow everywhere, whereas Sainsbury's had been cleared properly and was much safer.

takes forever to get to the £50 and then you have to wait for a cheque which has to clear into your account, better when they used to pay you directly into your account.
