I was recently driven to complain and had a good result - had some Fabulous Bakin Boys Halloween cupcakes that were quite dreadful. Never put something so disgusting in my mouth, the topping was like orange coloured lard (or ear wax as I put in my email). Was so cross about them that I emailed and told them so. They sent me a box of samples (all of them minging to be honest!) but then they then sent me a £20 postal order :T V impressed with the way they dealt with the complaint but still wouldn't eat any of their stuff again!

Also found a bit of green plastic in the Hovis Oatilicious I started buying after getting the free loaf. Got 3 vouchers for any Hovis product but I've never bought the Oatilicous since.... So would deff complain again if something not quite right!

huzzah- being still relatively new to the moccing world I had my first moc shop with no problems whatsoever! SA took all my mocs and barely looked at them to be honest haha but I'm not complaining! In Tesco got some lovely Nairns snack packets for 4p... Kenco Rappor for 50p and gained 50p to buy the Finish Quantumatic, amongst a few other things and some handy reductions
