Have to agree with you- its puts all our complaints about damp dismal days into perspective, doesn't it?

I popped into Asda last night. Its not somewhere I go often, as its out of my way and they don't take printables, but used a couple of the ones from the swapathon booklet. Small profit made on the root veg pack, as I found that reduced to 39p.
The best bit was having decided to make one last look at the reductions chiller before I left and got some fantastic bargains from the fish counter - 20p for whole sea bass, among others.
Best not mention the Whoops price white choc and strawberry muffins...:o:rotfl:So your answer don’t be scared of failure

Hi UM
Its rare I can pop in late to Asda but when you do there are some real bargains. I have had a full large fresh chicken for .20p, a pack of chicken breasts for .20p. etc
Pity I get there so rarely as I love a bargain.

Well done on your wins Gill.
I've just got back form M's and managed to break my coupon duck for the month - used both Philadelphia MOC's which was on offer at 91p so 41p for each 300g tub. Whoops, the coupon was for a 200g tuband the SA read it keenly too
.

Afternoon all! Back from Asda and got Minnowed again (opposite of Trouted). lots of help on the self checkout from another nice young chap. 2 X Huggies packs used so paid 2 x £2 to take them away, free bottle of coke and the Whiskas voucher worked on a single pouch so £1.93 off a 33p pack! I may have to invent some more cats now to get some more coupons. Forgot to womble though, and also forgot to use a 30p coupon for my teabags - the horror!0

I another fan of bargains and have no problem with having yellow stickers on my shopping.
I'm not normally there late enough for the good reductions, but just caught them last night. When I got there the reductions weren't all that great, but by the time I left it was another matter, lol.
DD was kinda happy with the 3p packs of potato cakes too. :rotfl:
My BIL lives a short walk from his nearest Asda and often pops over there at the right time to catch the reductions. So your answer don’t be scared of failure
