Ive been using couponet / bis for years then today it says i need to install coupon printer, even though its already there, so ive uninstalled it, re-installed it, and it still dont blooming work...is anyone else having problems or is it just me...
Ive contacted them on there contact us button but will have to wait til monday

I had this problem on my mums laptop it kept saying the coupon would now print out but it didnt, but when I went back to the coupon and started again, out it popped. Cant really explain what happened or how to cure it, but you will probably find when you go to print another completely different coupon, it will work ok.

I may be wrong but if you have 2 coupons -spend £20 save £5 and spend £25 save £5 - wouldn't you have to spend £45 to be able to use both? My Ts will only let me use more than one if I've spent over the total of the spend and save coupons. I thought this was common policy but would like to be proved wrong.
Well your right really. I know every now and then you would get 2 coupons through without them noticing but really you would need to spend £45, as you said,, to use these 2 coupons.CWxx:)

95% T stores states that you have to add up all your total 'wys' vouchers to the maximum amount in order to use all the conditional vouchers in one go. Used 4 x £5 M&S I had to spend max. £100.

I sometimes get this from some manufacturers links but not ever directly from BIS. As Judy said try one of the BIS ones and if that doesn't work then you may have been blocked by couponstar :eek::eek: Another forum member had this prob a couple of weeks or so ago and I think after I basically told them about being blocked they reported emailing someone but I don't think they actually posted back the persons email (It happened to lots of us during the Warburton's fest :o:o:o). I used to have it but lost it when I had to ditch my main email which became unusable due to spam so search back through this thread and you should find it, maybe they will then pm you the details....

You haven't by any chance been doing the Velvet comp and printed a coupon (Or two) every time you lose have you? I haven't been doing this comp until yesterday but I think if you print a coupon every time their 'system' may see it as abuse! (Even though they offer it to you!)
:p:p Have a good [STRIKE]Tesc[/STRIKE][STRIKE]Asd[/STRIKE]WHO? day - Err....I still wish Mozzies had a better website even though they are now on MyS! :p:p :rotfl:;)

Answered my own question :o Google really is MY friend :D:D

    http://www.tescomagazine.com/what-you-need-to-know-about-the-Asda-price-guarantee.html

To redeem present your Asda price guarantee voucher to a Tesco checkout operator in store. Voucher may only be used if presented with a valid Asda receipt. One voucher per transaction.

Hmmmm, I can see training issues ahead ;)

  • Morning all.

Just got back from T's - very happy as they took my M & S, 'several' small mocs & my S & T till spits and got £23 off my shopping. I got some lovely beef in the reduced section so thats about to go in the oven and also got some plums which will make a nice crumble for pudding.
I will serve this with the fresh cream I got - also reduced:D:D

Had a good day couponning in Tesco and Sainsbury yesterday, managed to use about £16 of mocs.

By the way everyone take a look over on Freebies for miniature Black Grouse whisky freebie before they run out.
