    Yes it does help if you think of a dustbin as being one of those shiny silver zinc coated metal ones with the proper metal lid.... not the plastic type ;)

    It's amazing how women can talk complete nonsense, we switch off...but they still realise what is happening:p
    :beer::beer:
    Back from meal - marvellous - anyway, this reminded me of an occasion a few years back when we went out with same couple. Me and mate got "the women";) a drink, went to next pub, had a game of pool and a drink, went back to other pub, got "the women" another drink and took it over. They stopped their conversation briefly, said thanks and carried on chatting (was it complete nonsense - who knows). It wasn't until a few weeks later that we told them what we'd done and they didn't realise :rotfl:
    If at first you don't succeed, try, try, try - oh bu99er that just cheat :D

    LOL jeferey, sounds like something my DH would do.
  • Evening everyone!!
    Rubbish Tesco shop yesterday, they really are clueless. Had very little problem using a £10 waitys, £5 co-op and £5 M&S conditional spend mocs last week, which was great. This week however, staff told me I could only use either one co-op or one m&s moc, as using them both would mean I 'd save too much money. The lady actually couldn't explain to me why I couldn't use them both, she said that's just the way it is! What was also hilarious, is the SA said I hadn't spent enough (I'd spent over £30...before other mocs ;) ) to use a 'spend £25 and save £5' and then a 'spend £20 and save £5'. I know my maths isn't fantastic, but I know this can't be right haha.
    Should I send a letter to old sir Terry...or go and question customer service when I go in again...

    I may be wrong but if you have 2 coupons -spend £20 save £5 and spend £25 save £5 - wouldn't you have to spend £45 to be able to use both? My Ts will only let me use more than one if I've spent over the total of the spend and save coupons. I thought this was common policy but would like to be proved wrong.
