  • Morning all :)

Rubbish weather here, too much to do and a meeting of undetermined length for which I will no doubt not be paid to attend, before going on to Tesco to do battle with my M&S moc. Methinks its going to be a very long day...

    Happy moccing everyone. :D

    Morning all

Love the name "roadkill" for all the money you find on the pavement. Mostly its just 1p's or 5ps, but like Tesco say, every penny counts. I just throw the coppers in my bag, you never know when you will need to spend a penny. lol

    CWxx

any small change I find gets put in charity box or given to a friend

"find a penny pick it up and all day you'll have good luck, give it to a friend and your luck will never end" :o

    Happy Friday All,
Off to Tesco in my lunch break, going to use one of my M&S vouchers, very kindly sent by a fellow MSE'r, to buy wine for our church cheese and wine event. So the £5 will go to a good cause!!

Back from T's....and today they happily accepted the M&S coupon.

Young lad showed the check out lady how to put it through on their system....

And T's are sending me £10 gift card for the incovenience caused the other day...:T
I feel we are the volunteers to train the T's staff....only because the lack of communication among them.....

They are paying us £10 as "inconvenience gift"....LOL:rotfl:

keep it up folks...to those who are still in the process of traning T's staff......;)

Just applied for my voucher, I will PM you when it arrives!!
(has the sun got up as far as you yet??)
  • bah, I got trouted yesterday in T's!! Tried to use the Waitys coupon, checkout girl was lovely and said 'oo bung over all your vouchers, I don't mind' but couldn't do Waitys one. Customer Service person didn't even look or talk to me, took coupon away to check and came back and again didn't talk or look at me, talked to checkout girls as if I wasn't there! Grrr. In the meantime, checkout girl had scanned M&S which worked ok, and said that she thought they took Sainsbobs so as I had one of those she took it and it scanned ok. When CS person came back to tell her no to Waitys, she also said no to the Sainsbobs and made her take it back off my bill!!!!!!

So, I am now going to email Sir Terry - but wanted to ask advice from you lovely people first. Do I ask for a £10 cashcard to cover the Waitys coupon or do I wait for them to offer it? Will also be asking for a letter stating which customer coupons they take. Still cross about being ignored even now!
