I thought both of mine had been shipped yesterday, but just one of them had been, just had an email to say my second one has been despatched now

One of mine says shipped which has gone via Royal Mail.
Another one i just got an email for to say that too has been dispatched but when logged into the account instead of saying shipped it says track this order and like you when i click on it there is nothing. I think it is because it can take 24 hours to show on the Hermes systems.
I presume the reason this order is being sent via courier is because of the weight. It's the 3 x 250ml bottles of Jelly Belly bubble bath.0 -
