please dont worry this happened last time and they honoured it all. it wont change from processing until its been despatched which will take them a few days probably due to the large amount of orders being made today. they honoured it last time when far more people used it. seems a lot of people missed out this time which is a shame!

I'm thinking the same, my orders are still at processing and it doesn't look good I remember last time they were completed within hours. Fingers crossed for a happy outcome....

I did 4 orders last time and 2 of them showed as processing for days so I wouldn't be too worried about it. My fingers are crossed for a happy outcome again too

thank you, will keep my fingers crossed though, its a shame really as i stopped ordering as i was waiting for my mother to come home and have fun doing it together like we did with the debenhams vouchers... ah well i will keep my eye out for the next glitch!!!

I'm not going to hold out my hopes, however I think they have always honoured things like this in the past. I would also think they would have been aware that giving out codes again to individuals would result in this so I think they probably were expecting it. I'm sure it wouldn't be difficult for them to just credit a specific account with a one off credit rather than codes.
