Managed 2 orders, but now have about 5 accounts with ASOS!! Oh well I am prepared now for the next glitch.

thanks hun but theres no edit option think i left it too late as i only found confirmation e-mail in the spam folder about 20 mins ago and ordered well before 12.. kicking myself now!

id contact customer services, they have a 1 hour response. just explain your situationa nd amke sure you include your order detail. in the past they havent dispatched to me for a good few hours or sometimes even up to 2 days so its worth a try !
