I think it's because Paypal is secure that they cant see your bank details, so can only charge what you have authorised them to at the initial paypal checkout.

I get all the way to payment page & click to pay & it says 'system maintenance' so doesnt complete the order, thenm when you go back to try again it says 'voucher already used' even though the order hasnt went through! Argh!!!

Anyone else had this? How can I get it to work after that?
