Same here but they refunded me the whole order so i got the two other things free. Check your bank/paypal for a refund first.

i still havent receive my orders

postman came n told me i got lots of delivery (duh only 3!) thus he is not carrying it and the van will come.

really worry they gonna send the orders back

Same thing happened to me yesterday. My postman told me he saw 4 parcels for me but the van will bring it. Had nothing yesterday then this morning 2 ASOS parcels arrived. Don't worry if you don't get it today i am sure it will arrive tomorrow.

4 out of 6 received now. Fingers crossed for the other 2!

My normal postman just been (not the van the letter delivering postie!) and handed me a ASOS parcel and i thought i was one of my recent orders but when i opened it, it was one i ordered in the last ASOS £10 off! It was only £11 so i only paid £1 towards it but never complained as i was worried it would bring attention to my account. The delivery note dated - 27th Oct 2010! So those of you who were missing parcels last time round might still receive! LOL! Not sure who was holding it, ASOS or RM?! Anyways, a lovely surprise this morning and another Xmas present sorted.

I have just had a MASSIVE asos box through the post, bigger than the packaging I received for my Fly shoes, and all for a can of Tigi thickening spray. I got all excited and everything

Darn snow! Got home Thursday night had a note from postie saying 4 parcels in Post Office waiting! The Friday it only snowed! Cant get to the Post Office to get my goodies!!! Then this morning another note saying 1 more couldnt be delivered even though I was here and awake! Maybe he was in a rush as it is freezing! Still cant get to Post Office due to snow and DS having a bug! ARGH I WANT MY GOODIES!!!!

I use Benefits High Beam and it's brilliant, well worth £7.50 as a little goes a long way.

I don't see why anyone shouldn't receive their items unless they have received cancellation e-mails. I didn't receive one of mine from the last glitch, waited two weeks from date of despatch as advised on their website and they sent me a new item by next day delivery to apologise for the inconvenience so don't be disheartened
