Asos £10 off and free delivery

I am confused, really doesn't take much! :rotfl:

I ordered a pumpkin patch jacket £10.50 and a eye pencil at £1.60 to take it over £11 so I paid £2.10.

Yesterday I got a refund for £2.10 and I assumed my ordered had been cancelled or something. I emailed asos as there had been no email from them and the status on the account is still shipped.

I'm sorry to hear that we were unable to send you Barry M Kohl Pencil.

I've had a look into it, and unfortunately there was a computer error, meaning the website said it was in stock when it wasn't. When we came to pack your order, we discovered we were out of stock, so we have refunded what you paid for that item.

The only thing is they have refunded £2.10 and not £1.60. So do you think I will get the jacket as they never mentioned it in the email? If so the little pumpkin patch jacket, which is a birthday present for my nephew has gained me 50p! :j:j:j

I dont want to build anyones hopes up but now i've seen a few people had refunds myself included but still recieved items. I had my £1 refunded today and i ordered the mini curling tongs and pop eyelashes for dd for xmas, the eyelashes came today via rm, so far i've got free eyelashes. I'm confused but hey if they wanna make my crimbo shopping free they can by all means lol

Just received 5 out of my 8 orders from RM. Strangely though the three im waiting on are all converse trainers and were shipped before the other orders via RM apparently, so should i not have got those first?

Anyone else received converse? Hope theres not a problem with them

Really pleased with my orders. Ive had 4 arrive today. 2 via RM & 2 via courier.

Only have one nag. I ordered these in size S 9-12
