    You may be lucky and be able to do the same with yours, plus all the other frivolities your husband has splashed out on. If the dealer won't play dice (and there's no reason for him to change his mind, after all the contract has been agreed and a deposit has been paid), then go through the paperwork with a fine tooth comb and see if you can cancel anything that you think isn't needed.

    Advice for husband: do some research next time, and be prepared!

    Another point is that hubby has visited the dealers premises and done the deal there. Why should there be any cooling off period?
