can i record from my sky box to my laptop?

Hiya guys.....haven't got sky+ or a pvr but desperatly need to record something from sky...can i somehow plug my laptop into my sky box and record to my hard drive?...

    I think it has to be Analogue not just digital so I dont think that one will work
