Hi,
Has anyone hired one of these in the USA?
Is it an ok car to drive?
We are a group of 5 adults all with luggage etc etc, its says its ok for up to 7 adults and 2 cases, but im thinking that the seat configaration can be changed as to make more room for suitcases.

A Dodge caravan is effectively just a rebadged Chrylser voyager which is generally one of the bigger MPV's so you should be ok for space.Cover me in honey and fling me to the hermaphrodites!0

Yes - with your party size you should be fine. We found it had a suprising small boot space for the amount of people it carried, but this was only a problem (and one you can get around by using the spare seats and foot space) from and back to the airport. The rest of the time obviously we didn't have all our cases

With five adults you'll be fine as you can fold down one set of seats at the rear to make more space. However with seven there's very little room left over for luggage.0

Do they offer a Grand Caravan? The difference between the Voyager and the Grand Voyager is the luggage space.0

Thanks everyone for your reply's. We will book the Dodge Caravan and then hopefully will be able to pick something slightly bigger when we arrive at the rental lot.
As KarenG said we only need the space for luggage as we move around/to & from the airport the rest of the time we'll be fine for space. My mind tends to wander............If found please return;)

We had one in Vegas for 6 of us. There's still a resonable amount of space around the seats, given that there's only going to be 3 in the back although it seats 5 back there. You could put some luggage back there, maybe you could fold down the middle seats or something.
I found it quite big when driving, but got used to it after a while. I drive a Yaris at home, so it was a large car for me!0
