Warning BHS refunds

If you buy something from BHS website be sure to print out the invoice "online" . if you return the goods to the shop and rely on the invoice they send in the packet then you may only get the price the purchase is on that day. To be fair to BHS they do tell you this. I did do this today when I returned a top I had bought which cost £20 they happened to save a one day sale and if I had not had the right invoice they could only gave given me £17. As I say they do tell you but just be careful you could lose out.
