Cex question/rant

I sold my PS2 to them back in September and asked for it to be returned in the even it didn't work (purely down to my own trust issues of these places telling you it's broken but how do you know they've not just sold it on without paying you).

Anyway, in my Cex account it says for the 17th September that it has been despatched back to me. To save you all the maths, that's over 9 weeks ago.

Has anyone had any issues with Cex in getting things back from them? I've rattled off an e-mail to them yesterday so I suppose I'll have to wait and see what excuse they give me.

Well I was going to give them 4 weeks, til about the end of October. Then I forgot about it.

If you have trust issues, why bother sending it off in the first place???
Personally I think Cex are really good, at least my local one is and they give a much better price for old mobiles than anywhere else:beer:

Why not go into the shop and ask whats going on, i take it was done in store and not online
