Condensation with cavity wall insulation.

Hi,

Mates flat has cavity wall insulation and since he has had it there is a fair amount of condensation on the windows.

Now he keeps the windows open which seems to defeat the benifit of the cavity wall insulation.

Would the instalation of a few air bricks help? Would these need to go right through the wall from outside to in or just into the cavity which is now full of insulation.

Any suggestions to stop the condensation would be great.

Cheers D

He needs to provide adequate ventilation. Opening the window will help.
Where is the condensation? Is it in all of the rooms or mainly in the bedrooms?
