Does Germany have a 'Call Checker'?

Does anyone know whether there is a similar money saving site in Germany that has a cheap call checker tool like the one on this site? You can only get the cheap access numbers for calls from the UK to Germany but I want to be able to call from Germany to the UK etc. thanks!

I know a lot of VoIP providers, you can use one to call for free in UK
12voip is the one I use at the moment,
Have a look and see if suits you

Get skype - then you can call most Uk numbers for free - the exceptions to that are numbers like 0845 numbers.

Stiftung Warentest is the equivalent organisation in Germany to Which in the UK. They do a guide to the best tariffs for calling different European countries plus USA in one document, which can be downloaded for €0.75:

Assume that England means the UK: some don't seem to know the difference!
