Problem switching to EDF from Eon Fix Online3

When I go through Quidco or just go to the EDF website via Internet Explorer I come across a problem.
When I put Eon down as my Gas supplier there is no Fixonline3 in the tariff dropdown list.In fact there are very few tariffs.
Fixonline3 is however on the tariff dropdown list when I put Eon as my Electricity supplier.
If I put the wrong tariff down could it affect my transfer?

I had the same problem when I did the switch last week.I selected the standard option as I did not think it has to do anything with the transfer!

I spoke to an EDF customer service rep.today. Your supplier of energy is the most important information that is needed.He said the tariff you put down is not really needed. The only reason they ask for the tariff is so they can give you a comparable price for the year against the tariff you are switching to.
Switched today through Quidco.Hopefully their £80 cashback will go a long way to covering my loss of discount when getting my final bill from Eon.
