Hi
My Father in Law recieved a summons today to appear in Court for going through a Red Traffic Light
He was sent Documents and 3 Photos of him going through the Light.
Is this normal as i thought this was a fixed penalty offence.3 points and a fine
He is a bit worried about this as he is in his seventys
Thanks

Go to pepipoo.com as they have a specific section which covers lights and speeding.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0

Get him a Solicitors URGENTLY!!!!
If you get him one, not only will he get Legal Aid funding due to age and if he is not working BUT at his age, they can SAVE his license and keep him on the road!!!!!
SEEK LEGAL ADVICE AND GET HIM A SOLICITOR TO BE PRESENT?ACT ON HIS BEHALF IN COURT!!!!!0
