1. Applicants must be aged 18 years or over and residents of the UK (excluding Northern Ireland). Employees of the Promoter or the Retailer, their agents, or anyone professionally connected with the Promotion (or any of their immediate families) are excluded. All applicants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. There is no limit to the number of entries made, provided that each time you enter a different, valid code.

3. Closing date for entries is 15.12.10. Entries can be made via the website, or by sending a text message to 88010 with the word IPAD followed by your code. SMS entry will cost 25p plus one text message at your standard network rate.

4. All winners will be notified immediately via the website, or by return text for text entries, if theirs is a winning entry. Winners will also receive an email confirmation of their win.

5. If a customer is declared a winner, the prize will only be issued to that customer upon verification of their proof-of-purchase (promotional label). In order for us to verify this, winners must send in their proof-of-purchase and their itemised till receipt to the Promoter via the address detailed within the Prize Confirmation email/text sent to each winner. All prize applications must be received by 31.01.11. Winners will be sent their prize within 28 days of us receiving the relevant verification. We cannot accept responsibility for prize applications lost or delayed in the post. Customers are advised to send via recorded/signed for delivery.

6. There are 100 prizes to be won as follows: 16GB iPad with WiFi, keyboard dock and case.

7. There are 100 unique winning codes on pack, each corresponding to a prize. There is no cash alternative.

8. Promotional packs are subject to availability and while stocks last.

9. In the unlikely event of a stock shortage, the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative of equal or greater value.

10. Winners may be required to take part in any post event publicity.

11. All entrants will be automatically entered into a prize draw to win a 10 night holiday to Kenya for two people. The prize draw will take place on 16.12.10, with the winner drawn from all entries by an independent adjudicator. The winner will be notified within 14 days of the prize draw.

12. Lifestyle Incentives have independent confirmation that all winning codes have been made available for distribution.
