Terms and conditions
To enter you must be a resident of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over. The promoter of this prize draw (the “Prize Draw”) is Sadler’s Wells, London’s Dance House (the “Promoter”). The Prize Draw is not open to employees of Sadler’s Wells, HomeAway® Holiday-Rentals®, Austrian Airlines, their agencies or associated companies, or the immediate families of anyone associated with the Prize Draw. By entering the Prize Draw, you agree to be bound by these rules.

• The winner (the “Winner”) of the Prize Draw will be randomly drawn by the Promoter. The prize (the “Prize”) for the Winner will consist of: (i) A seven (7)-night stay at an Austrian vacation rental advertised on HomeAway® Holiday-Rentals® up to £1,000, (ii) return flights for 2 adults and up to 2 children from London Heathrow to one of the following destinations: Graz, Innsbruck, Klagenfurt, Linz, Salzburg or Vienna; and (iii) A seven (7)-day car rental up to £500.

• No purchase necessary. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. You can enter the Prize Draw here. You will be required to forward the featured e-trailer to a friend in order to enter the Prize Draw. There is no other method to enter the Prize Draw. All information submitted will be subject to the Privacy Policy of the Promoter as detailed here. The Prize Draw opens on the 1st of October, 2010 and closes on the 9th of January, 2011 at 11:59 p.m. UK time; entries submitted after that time will not be entered in the draw. The Promoter reserves the right to amend the closing date of the Prize Draw without notice in the event of circumstances outside its control. One entry per email address.
• The Winner shall decide his or her vacation rental of choice with the understanding that it must be advertised on www.Holiday-Rentals.co.uk and it must be located in Austria. Confirmation of booking with the property owner or owners must be provided to HomeAway® Holiday-Rentals® by sending an email to HomeAway® Holiday-Rentals® via the address provided in the prize confirmation email before funds are released from the HomeAway Holiday-Rentals. The Winner must book a seven (7)-night stay at a vacation rental property and the stay must occur within the following time periods: January through March, 2011 or October through December, 2011 at which time the prize shall expire.
• The Winner must provide proof of the rental rate payable for the property (“Rental Cost”) by sending the property owner!!!65533;s confirmation of the booking and the total amount payable to the email address provided by HomeAway® Holiday-Rentals® in the prize confirmation email. HomeAway Holiday-Rentals will be responsible for paying to the property owner or owners the amount of the Rental Cost up to a maximum of £1,000, provided that should the Rental Cost (1) come to less than £1,000, the Promoter will forward the difference by cheque or bank transfer (as specified by the Winner) to the Winner, or (2) exceed £1,000, it will be the duty of the Winner to pay the excess to the relevant owner/owners.
• The prize winner will be responsible for arranging airfare. Prize tickets are valid on Austrian Airlines operated flights only. The winner will receive a prize letter stating further instructions for making a reservation. Tickets are subject to availability. In order to avoid disappointment, Austrian Airlines recommends to book early. Prize winner needs to allow a minimum of 10 working days to book/ issue the tickets. Prize includes airport taxes & charges. There are no cash alternative, no frequent flyer miles, no entitlement to denied boarding compensation. Tickets are strictly not transferable, routing or travel direction cannot be changed, nor the validity extended. The winner is responsible for any tax liability accrued as a result of this prize. All other costs are the responsibility of the passenger. Travel insurance, spending money and transfers to and from the airports are not included. Austrian Airlines recommends that passengers obtain their own insurance. In the unlikely event that passengers are downgraded or offloaded due to high load factors, they will be responsible for any costs incurred and Austrian Airlines will not be held responsible.
• The Winner will also be responsible for arranging a medium-size rental car for the length of the vacation. HomeAway Holiday-Rentals will be responsible for reimbursing the Winner the cost of car rental up to a maximum of £500, provided that should the car rental (1) come to less than £500, the Promoter will have no duty to pay the difference to the Winner and Winner will forfeit any difference, or (2) exceed £500, it will be the duty of the Winner to pay the excess.
• For the avoidance of doubt, the Winner must bear all other travel and other costs in connection with the Prize including but not limited to any meals, security deposits associated with the vacation rental, and any skiing expenses. By accepting the Prize and booking a property or properties listed on HomeAway® Holiday-Rentals®, Winner and his or her accompanying travel companions accept and acknowledge the terms and conditions of HomeAway® Holiday-Rentals® as detailed here.
• The Winner will be informed of prize delivery details by email within two (2) to four (4) weeks following the close of the Prize Draw. The Winner’s name and county can be obtained by sending an SAE to the Promoter: Sadler’s Wells, Rosebery Avenue, London, EC1R 4TN.
• The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility, age, identity and e-mail account of entrants, and entrants agree to provide such information as the Promoter may reasonably request in this connection.
• The Promoter, HomeAway® Holiday-Rentals® and Austrian Airlines will not be responsible for any payment of any costs, expenses, fees or taxes associated with the receipt or use of the Prize.
• By entering, entrants agree to be bound by the decisions of the Promoter and these Terms and Conditions and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. The Promoter, and those working for Promoter or on behalf of Promoter, will not be responsible for lost, late, or misdirected e-mail, or for Internet, computer hardware and software, phone, and/or any other technical errors, malfunctions, and delays or any human error which may occur in the transmission, attempted transmission, receipt or processing of the entries. Entries that are delayed for any reason, incorrect or incomplete will be disqualified. The Promoter may refuse to award the Prize, or seek its recovery, in the event of the relevant entrant’s fraud, dishonesty, or non-entitlement under, or breach of, these Terms and Conditions. In the event of a dispute concerning the identity of the person who submits an entry, the entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the holder of the e-mail account from which the entry is made.
• The Winner may be required to participate in promotional and publicity materials at the reasonable request of Promoter. These include publishing of the Winner!!!65533;s name and photo on The Promoter’s website and on Promoter’s page on Facebook®. Each entrant agrees that if he or she becomes the Winner: (i) where requested to do so, he or she will participate in promotional and publicity materials in connection with the Prize, and (ii) agrees to provide rights to the Promoter for the exploitation of the foregoing in any and all media throughout the world in perpetuity without any payment to any Winner or his or her chosen companion(s) whatsoever.
• In the event of any dispute concerning the operation of any part of the Prize Draw, the decision of the Promoter shall be final.
• The Promoter and HomeAway® Holiday-Rentals® assume no responsibility for damages, losses or injuries that result from acceptance or use of the Prize to the maximum extent permissible under applicable laws.
• The Rules shall be exclusively governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any disputes arising there from.
