appliance/boiler insurance help

we are about to rent out our house and want to get covered with some kind of appliance insurance - to cover the boiler and radiators etc. any ideas who is doing the cheapest deals at the moment and/or the best cover

    Npower offer a policy for £15 per month with six months cash back after 1 year if no callout, but you need to be an Npower dual fuel customer.

    However it has also been argued on here that you might be better off by simply getting an annual service from a local Corgi registered plumber, and putting £20 per month into a saving account to cover any possible callout.
