Who makes Hansen Kitchen Scales

I bought a set of Hansen scales from eBay about 10 or 11 months ago but they've stopped working. I can't remember who I bought them off of and can't find the sale on eBay.
I've tried searching online for the manufacturer but all I can find is loads of Hansen scales for sale.
Does anyone have the contact details?

I thought the brand was Hanson not Hansen?
If it's Hanson then they are part of the Terraillon group.0 -
