Could not work out what the BPA had to do with it but realised it was an opportunity to justify their penalty charges.

Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?

I love the way they quote in can cost up to £23 a day to park in Cambridge, s0 a £50 penalty is not enough. Yes but what's the average?

Dont the BPA have some interest in the civil enforcement side?
  • I forgot, most councils are members of the BPA. Now there's a way of cutting council tax bills, don't pay to be a member of the BPA.

I thought they had their snouts in there somewhere!
  • There used to be a list of members on the BPA website. Not there now (well I can't find it) quoting DPA.
