That Troy bloke from the BPA is a complete numpty, speaking garbage on the bbc breakfast show just nowExcel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!

I love the way they quote in can cost up to £23 a day to park in Cambridge, s0 a £50 penalty is not enough. Yes but what's the average?

There used to be a list of members on the BPA website. Not there now (well I can't find it) quoting DPA.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0
