I'm sorry this is going to be a long post but I figure if I give you all the information you can give me the best advice. I have always worked and never claimed benefits before. Two and a half years ago I had an accident at work and have been off sick ever since. My companies insurance company paid me for 2 years but that ran out in June. I got 75% of my wages this was an insurance benefit as I am not entitled to compant sick pay.In August I was given holiday pay first thing they have paid me out of there own pocket since my accident. In september I was sacked for something else. (supposedly). I have claimed ESA, DLA, HB and CTB. I appealed against my sacking never thinking I would win. I have had my ESA medical and am waiting for the result. I won my appeal at work and have been reinstated but I am not being paid. What will happen to my benefits. I receive child tax credit, child benefit and child maintenance £ 170 from CSA. I am on high doses of painkillers targinact, oxynorm, oxycontin and various other pills for my back and my GP will not agree to me going back to work. I had no diagnosis for 2 years but now have facet joint problems so the specialist says (all depends which one you get) DLA has written to them fat chance as to a reply. I had spinal injections supposed to be seen in 6/8 weeks that was in June. I am worried that as i am employed again my benefits will stop. My son and I got made homeless 18 months ago because insurance company did not pay for 13 weeks I can't go through that again. My landlord is great and understanding but I am panicing and I don't know what to do. I'm sorry if this post is jumbled but there is so many bits to get in. I would appreciate any help as have had bad information from helplines and so called professionals. Thanks in advance.

I am assuming as you are not being paid anything from work even though you have been reinstated your benefits should remain the same.In september I was sacked for something else. (supposedly).
