OH needs something like this. The one is the link is the one he used to use in work and so trusts this one, but it seems expensive to me.
Anyone know of any places that sell similar items? Possibly cheaper?

Is there anything on the RNIB website? that will have guidance about when you don;t have to pay VAT, presume there is a vision need here, is there a low vision clinic he can attend?
