Android Blocking selective apps from accessing the internet

I have a 3 sim and want to use the free skype for 3 app, because data counters still record the data used by skype rather than ignoring it, I was wondering if anyone knows of free apps that can , selectivly monitor app data usage and one that can block all data via 3G other than skype, so that I do not waste data limits on things I can update via wifi when at home before I go out.
