I told them to play with the online calculators but it still dosnt apparently make sense, I thought the HMCE was the most acurate one on line?
Its an unusual situation and they are questioning the diffrent elements for their award, I asked for the maximum child tax credit and while ago but they seem to get more than this?
The most reasoned explaination is because the award may have been payed over fewer weeks than 52 in the tax year? They are getting £57 pw for a child over one with no disability.
I cant really be bothered at the minute so if anyone can tell me which is the most accurate calculator and why they might be getting over the max child tax credit per week Id be greatful, family eh.

But there are still maximum amounts of benefits arnt their?
I think when I asked before it was £50 pw I think.0 -
the maximum if not working is currently £2850 per annum
the maximum if working and maximum childcare costs of £175 per week is £13,960 if wage was £5,000 the previous year
there are maximums for all the different circumstances so payment can be something between £0 and £268 per week for one child over one with no disability0
