Hi guys,
I have a problem with my Laptop. I got it in August and exactly 32 days after I bought it, i started having trouble with powering it up.
The details:
Laptop Model is - HP G62-b09SA
When i press the power button, the power light and all the other pretty lights come on, but the screen dosnt. Its only after between 8-14 attepts at turning it on and off does it come on and work fine. I was tempted to take it back to PC World but have heard some bad stories about their customer service and keeping laptops for the max amount of time before telling you they cant fix it, and need to send it off. HELP!
Any advise would be appreciated.
Thanks Guys:beer:

Take it back, its still under warranty and from what you've said it could be a faulty connection or fault lead which only works when heated up.0

Dont try to fix it yourself even if you can. Take it to the authorized service center and claim the warranty. This might be a battery problem. You may get a replacement. Cheers! Please click on the little Thanks button right there below my post. It will make my day.0

next time it happens, hold down the power button for 10 seconds, release, then power on.
if that works (consistently), turn off sleep mode in power settings!!
