When I switch on my pc Microsoft takes 2mins every time to start my pc. I don't know why ,I have done nothing different, not installed anything, so I am at a loss as to why this is happening now-anyone else having this problem or do you know how to fix it please?

Do you actually mean that MS Windows (XP/Vista/7) takes 2 minutes to load?
How long have you been suffering this problem? My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016).
For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com0 -
Post a HiJackThis log and we can see you startup items and the version of windows etc etc.0

Is this what you mean?
I think it started when I changed my cookies to accept all, because I needed to get into my account with Quidco, could this have anything to do with it?You live..You learn.:)0 -
Could you clarify whats gone slow? Is it the time your computer takes to boot up into Windows? Or some software you're using on the computer like Internet Explorer?SIMPLE SIMON - Met a pie man going to the fair. Said Simple Simon to the pie man, "What have you got there?" Said the pie man unto Simon, "Pies, you simpleton!"0

No not what I meant, follow the below instructions which were stolen from aliEnRIK because I'm lazy:
Download HIJACK THIS (Make sure you click 'DOWNLOAD LATEST VERSION')
http://www.filehippo.com/download_hijackthis/
Click MAIN MENU then DO A SYSTEM SCAN AND SAVE A LOGFILE(Takes seconds) then post the log so we can see whats running
(do NOT do anything else with Hijack but scan and post the FULL log)
If you're on vista/win 7 run it as administrator.0 -

MSE is not the same thing at all as HJT. If you want help then please run HJT and post the full log as already advised. No free lunch, and no free laptop0

I have done a full scan on Microsoft security and my PC is clean!
You are saying you computer is slow to start, a main cause of this can be large amounts of programs starting when the computer boots. HJT will tell us what is starting at boot time and we can advise you what to stop if that is the issue.0
