Nothing since June

I got a PCN in June in Cornwall and a £90 fine ( I would have had to be there for 32 days for the owner to lose that much revenue).
I followed MSE's advice, sent a letter with photos of my actually displayed ticket, (which was visible if you went round the front of the car) asked for cctv footage and also warden photos to prove their claim.
I refused to pay until i had this evidence. Not got any replies, so i am hoping they have forgotten about it all.
Is 6 months long enough to assume this? surely they have to pursue a case within a certain time
Thanks MSE.

Whoa!!!! Is this a council ticket or a private car park? If private continue ignoring. If council/police DO NOT ignore as the bill only goes up and ends with REAL bailiffs.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0

£2.81 a day seems a weird amount but after you saying that I assume its a private charge? And I know £2.81 X 32 is only £89.92 but they may let you off with the 8p:T
If it is Private they may have gone away but dont be surprised if they pop up agian.0 -
it was Private. a security firm. The PCN was on the window and ive had nothing to follow up in the post even after the stated 28day period.0
