I am struggling to get a reply from either Paypal OR e-Bay t my emails on this!
Whilst it is only £20 there's a principle here.
Has anyone ever tried to take an e-Bay seller to the Small Claims Court? I've no doubt that if I do he may well have a plausible explanation... what really riles me is that (1) his contact phone number is not a valid number and (2) he won't reply to emails...0 -
If he hasn't actual sent the item how can he say that you wont get the postage refund, it's not as if he has sent it and used the money to paid for postage but now you have gone through the dispute process on ebay you can't do it again so your best bet is to keep pursuing it through paypal.0
