Cafedirect Ecotricity Competition Terms and Conditions

This competition is open to Friends of Caf!direct over 18, living in mainland UK excluding Northern Ireland, except employees of the Promoter and their families and anyone professionally connected with the Promotion. Entrants who have not joined Friends of Caf!direct must sign up before submitting their entry.
2. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. To be in with a chance of winning, simply complete the online form. No applications from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted.
3. The promoter takes no responsibility for entries that are lost or delayed and will not accept entries that are spoilt or incomplete.
4. Maximum of one entry per household during the whole promotion.
5. The competition will run from midnight 18th November until midday 30th November. The winner will be selected at random from all the correct entries received during this period.
6. There is one prize on offer. The prize is a credit on their Ecotricity bill up to the value of £500 over the 12 month period.
7. The winner will be notified by email within 28 days of the date of the draw. Winners must claim their prize within 7 days of the notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with the Promotion rules.
8. Prizes are not transferable and there is no cash alternative.The winner will be required to switch their electricity supplier to Ecotricity in order to receive the prize.
9. Winners may be asked to take part in any publicity accompanying or resulting from this promotion (including photographs).
10. By entering the promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller for the purposes of the administration of this Promotion and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented. All entry instructions form part of the rules.
11. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
12. Names of the winners can be obtained by contacting the promoter within four weeks of the final closing date by sending a SAE and stating which draw/competition you are referring to Caf!direct at the address below.
