I have just checked my thanks and I haven't thanked this one, therefore I have not entered it, as I always thank the ones I enter, but I googled my mobile phone number and it has come up showing my name and email address, so obviously, there is another similar faux pas somewhere. I can't get the page to load where Google shows my name, email address etc., but it's clearly visible on the google search results page.

I think the comp is this one, but not 100% as I can't see that the OP thanked this comp.

There is an older one here too for the same hotel

I entered the older one, and haven't found my details on Google which is why I think it might be the most recent one ....

I've just tried the googling of my details & the most blatant revealing of details seemed to be here..................

I've no idea what comp it relates to but there are thousands of names ,emails & telephone numbers on it.All a bit naughty on the promotors part.Any one able to spot what comp it relates to ?

This is a very good reason for having a seperate comping email that has nothing in common with your forum name or your real world name.

I feel a bit naive now for even mentioning it on here & wish I hadn't even found it.I just googled my email & it appeared.The names & emails plus numbers of over 19000 entrants are there & I feel somewhat nervy about playing any part in further publication of the details.

I cannot imagine for one moment that 19000 people will have entered the hotel comp, so either it is an amalgamation of various comps, or it's from quite a biggie.

I thought that seemed a lot as well. Lists that size and with so much data sell for quite a bit.
